2021.12.07 15:11 ineedhelp269 Most Animes are repetitive, boring, and copy pasted. I don’t understand how some people can like them so much.
Most things about animes are so repetitive and boring and likely copied from other shitty anime just to make a cheap buck. It’s so hard to actually find a good anime today.
First off in fighting/ superpower (I think there’s a term for it but I don’t remember) the characters are always copied and pasted from other anime, like dragon ball or Naruto. It’s always fun how when you point out how similar goku is to naruto you’ll get death threats and insults by the people who watch this shows. But I think it’s a miracle how some people can watch this shows without falling asleep or skipping 10 needless episodes since most of the show is spent watching the main characters sweaty ass in training. Legit had to skip half the show to get to the good episodes where stuff happens.
And don’t even get me started on school animes since everybody knows they are a cheaply made porno at this point with the characters of an actual porno being more interesting and unique than of a school anime.

As a fellow CoH, I designed a declutter self care planner based on what my therapist wanted for me about 5 years ago. I struggled with my mental health since I was 8, I know the ins and outs of it well, as well as all the problems with the MH system and all the meds.
I was thriving and doing really well until last year when my HP spiralled like never before, the hoard exploded within few months. The kitchen couldn't be used, it became unsanitary and unsafe, the cleaner has been fired a year back, she did no cleaning since.
So I went to help her, this planner kept me together.
I refined it as I went along, I found it very helpful and I hope others would as well.

Had a couple quick questions in advance of joining you all on Saturday.
First, is the boycott of in-stadium food and merchandise still going on following the stuff with GW and the rest of the NWSL? Want to make sure we respect that if it is. If so, are there any bars or restaurants you'd recommend for away supporters?
Second, what is the mask situation at Providence Park? Is it just in common areas, or are they required in seats as well? (I know we need vaccination proof)

2021.12.07 15:11 EssleyJane Advice for first time buyers considering purchasing the house we rent off our landlord
Hi, I’m looking for some advice on buying the property we rent privately (in England) from our landlord, as first time buyers.
We’ve rented our house for six (almost seven) years and have a good direct relationship with our landlord (we rent privately, not through an agent or council).
In a few months we will be at a point where we have enough money saved to buy our first home in the area we’d like - the same area where we rent. We would be taking advantage of the 5% deposit mortgages, so we don’t have loads of cash to spare.
I’ve approached the landlord to see if they are interested in selling once our tenancy is up (they inherited the property and we are their first and only tenants). It’s a 1930’s semi detached house which needs some updating (old boiler, needs new windows etc)
My question is, how do we establish a fair price? I feel like if our landlord asks for an estate agents valuation and comes to us with that figure, it will always be a little over-inflated. Similar properties around us (in the same road, and adjoining roads) sat on the market for ages, were then reduced in price and sold for less than the original asking price.
As we are first time buyers, we do not have any equity or spare cash to bridge any gaps between the price the landlord asks for, and the price our mortgage company may value the house at for lending to us.
Would the process be for us to apply for a mortgage in principle, and have our mortgage company’s surveyor come and value the house and we offer that much (as we don’t have any cash to bridge any excess) or do we have to make an offer first, and the mortgage company confirms they are happy to lend based on this?
Finally, is there anything else we should be aware of/think about when thinking about buying the house we have been renting? (Not general house buying, but buying specifically from our landlord).
